FIGHT TO BE FIT: TECHNIQUE AND CARDIO WORKOUT
Cardio Kickboxing is aerobic exercise with a martial arts flare. This program will help you to lose weight, tone up your muscles and have fun. Vibrant and electrifying bellydance workout that explores the numerous varieties or shimmies, hip drops, kicks and other electrifying movements commonly seen in bellydance all while getting a full aerobic workout.
