This
is a 30
min class that focuses on building endurance and strength in the
abdominals, obliques and back muscles and deep muscles of the pelvic
core. Core strength is a necessity to prevent injury. Guaranteed to be
a challenge for all levels.
Bring a pair of
dumbells (5-10lbs), a towel, mat
and a water bottle.
