Wednesday - Advanced beginners Beg  6-7.30pm
Saturdays - Intermediate  6.30-8pm
Saturdays -Advanced 1-2.30pm
Saturdays -Advanced 5-6.30pm (temporary cancelled for summer)


All classes start first week of April
$50.00 punch cards available for 10 classes ($5.00/class)

PRIVATE AND SEMI PRIVATE BELLY DANCE CLASSES

Tiazza  is available for private coaching sessions, if you would like some individual instruction and constructive and supportive feedback.

Rates for private lessons are: $25/hour for one person, grab a friend and pay $20/hour each. Current enrolled students pay $15 only for private classes.

Belly Dance Student DVD

This DVD contains all choreographies we learn in class for all levels.
The DVD contains a review of the class choreographies. The moves, techniques and combos  are not broken down in detail in the DVD since this is a quick review of what we have already learned in class.

New videos are always added to this DVD.

Student price: $25.00

Boot camp workouts are efficient because you work your entire body,  heart and muscle -by going from one exercise to another with no rest. The workouts involve calisthenics like pushups, jumping jacks, crunches and other body weight exercises...the difference lies in the intensity. In boot camp, your challenge is to take your body to its limit. You work, you sweat and, best of all, you burn calories like crazy.

Boot camp workouts are:

- A great way to burn lots of calories.
- Efficient - you work your whole body in a short period of time.
- Fun - each exercise is different so you don't get bored.
- Easy to fit in to a busy schedule - You can do it anywhere with little equipment.
