This package is good for the “do it yourself type” or the person that does not have the funds available for hiring a consistent long-term personal trainer. In-Home Training Sessions The rates for “In-Home” training sessions will vary dependent upon your location. I train in-home clients in the following areas: Ashland, Medford, Talent, Phoenix, Central Point and Grants Pass. Training Location Clients are trained at The Fitness Dance Studio located at 827 N Central Ave in Medford.
