THE ULTIMATE WORKOUT
Boot camp is a challenging, fun and effective fitness program designed to deliver maximum results. We combine activities like push-ups, agility exercises, resistance training, abdominals, power squats, speed drills,obstacle courses and endurance challenges to create a fun and rewarding total body workout.


What you need: Mat, towel, water, pair of dumbbells (5-20 lbs)

This is a one-hour non-cardio strength training exercise class that shapes and tones the entire body and helps prevent osteoporosis. No dancing, jumping or jazzing… just results! 
Accommodates beginner to advanced fitness levels.

This is not an aerobics kickboxing class! This is a one on one training! This kickboxing class focuses on full body training that will help you tone up, lose weight, strengthen your abs and have fun, all the while keeping within proper technique and form.

Fun strength and agility training class for kids. The  class will introduce the kids to different sports, basic circuit workouts, boxing, obstacle training, fun competitive games ... etc. The workout includes a warm-up, an active workout using kid friendly workouts and cool down.


What you need
: make sure the kids eat enough carbs for the workout at least an hour prior to class. Also, make sure they bring a bottle of water

training, fun competitive games ... etc. The workout includes a warm-up, an active workout using kid friendly workouts and cool down.  The nutrition talk's goal is to help better understand how their body processes food and guide them to make healthier choices (reading labels, obesity, ...etc)

This class will provide you with information about the components of the human diet, and how food is processed in the body to help you apply this information to understand the links between nutrition, general health, weight gain and weight loss. The class will also include a practical aspect teaching you how to prepare healthy meals on the go.The last class is a healthy cooking party!

Vibrant and electrifying bellydance workout that explores the numerous varieties or shimmies, hip drops, kicks and other movements commonly seen in bellydance all while getting a full aerobic workout.

Belly dance coin belts are available for purchase in class for $15.00

What you need: dress comfortably as this is a workout. Shoes are not required. Bring a hip scarf with you if you have one or borrow one in class.
