Tiazza has introduced me to the wonderful world of belly dancing and is showing me that I can ACTUALLY do it. Tiazza is tough, which means I've gotten results much faster than I would have in a different class or on my own. Tiazza’s Fitness Bootcamp in January 2009. I was still carrying around extra weight from my pregnancy and I needed help getting my body back into shape. Bootcamp is by far the hardest workout I have ever done, but the results have been worth it. With exercise and a healthy diet I have dropped weight and several clothing sizes. I am actually smaller than I was before my pregnancy, I have more muscle and I feel great! 

One of the great things about Tiazza is she continues to push you to limits you didn’t know you could reach. Tiazza supplies a fabulous, albeight hard and intense, workout. She also gives tons of support and advice.

I started Tiazza's Bootcamp class after having attended the Adventure franchise bootcamp class. I was happy with the Adventure class, but the pricing was more than I could afford. When I decided to give Tiazza's class a try, I was expecting something on a par with, or perhaps less strenuous than, the class I had been taking. Tiazza's class was MUCH more intense than the other experience I'd had: her class was probably 50% smaller, so there was probably 50% more one-on-one time, which meant that I worked what felt like 50% harder.

I didn't have much weight to lose, so once I got to Tiazza's class it was more about toning and flexibility for me. I love that Tiazza honors a woman's curves: it's not about being rail-thin, or being able to see bones, musculature, or veins, it's about being healthy and fit, and really, feeling comfortable in your own skin.

Tiazza's is not your run-of-the-mill aerobics class. It is called BOOTCAMP for a really good reason. Imagine what our troops go through to make it into the Armed Forces. Tiazza's class is a lot like that (though only an hour long), but at the end of every class, there's encouragement, advice, camaraderie, and even hugs (sweaty as they may be). Kelly Clary-Lamb

I am of the 'older' generation invited by a friend to join a free class that was offered

Being new to Southern Oregon, I saw a brochure for Tiazza´s belly dancing classes, so I decided to try them out. They were so much fun that it´s weird to think as belly dancing as exercise! Tiazza´s choreography was up beat and I had no idea I was capable of moving my hips in so many directions! Now I can say I have a new hobby and I definitely will attend her classes again! Alaina
