Boot camp is a challenging, fun and effective fitness program designed to deliver maximum results. We combine activities like push-ups, agility exercises, resistance training, abdominals, power squats, speed drills, obstacle courses and endurance challenges to create a fun and rewarding total body workout. 





This is not an aerobics kickboxing class! This is a one on one training! This kickboxing class focuses on full body training that will help you tone up, lose weight, strengthen your abs and have fun, all the while keeping within proper technique and form.




This is a one-hour non-cardio strength training exercise class that shapes and tones the entire body. No dancing, jumping or jazzing… just results!  This class is a great first step for those who just started working out and who want to get ready to join boot camp



Fun strenghth and agility training class for kids. The class will introduce the kids to different sports, basic circuit workouts, boxing, obstacle training, fun competitive games ... etc. The workout includes a warmup, an active workout using kid friendly workouts and cool down.

This class will provide you with information about the components of the human diet, and how food is processed in the body to help you apply this information to understand the links between nutrition, general health, weight gain and weight loss. The class will also include a practical aspect teaching you how to prepare healthy meals on the go.
The last class is a healthy cooking party!




Vibrant and electrifying belly dance workout that explores the numerous varieties or shimmies, hip drops, kicks and other electrifying movements commonly seen in belly dance all while getting a full aerobic workout. No dance experience required and 2 feet are welcome! Please note this is a workout class, so come ready to sweat!
